Indication
Turmeric grows mainly in South Asia and the Mediterranean Basin. Belonging to the Zingiberaceae family, turmeric root resembles ginger and is one of the main ingredients of curry. In India, turmeric root is one of the major spices. It is also considered sacred.
use
- Classic preparation : pour 250 ml of boiling water over the bag, and infuse 7 to 9 minutes, or longer for a stronger taste. Add milk and sugar according to your taste.
